At Mister Softee UK we understand that every event is unique which is why we tailor our service to your needs, to ensure our clients receive the best possible experience. We take several factors into consideration including (but not limited to):- the type of event, the size of venue, the number of people attending as well as meeting your own personal requirements. This ensures we provide the highest level of customer service, with customer safety being our top priority.
All our staff are trained in all aspects of food hygiene and we work closely with local councils HSE to ensure all aspects of our catering service surpass current food hygiene legislation. All our Ice Cream Vans are fully insured and covered for public liability. We are happy to supply any documentation which you may require to meet with health and safety criteria.
All our units are cleaned daily before and after use to ensure they meet our own stringent hygeine standards. All staff undertake regular training to ensure customers are served efficiently and with a smile! Most importantly everyone at Mister Softee UK has food hygiene certification
